Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost & handling time

Most items include free standard shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clears. The exact handling time and estimated delivery date for each item are shown on its eBay listing.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Tracking details are uploaded to your eBay order as soon as your package is dispatched.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery through eBay. To be eligible, items should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For health and personal care reasons, opened supplements and skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or not as described.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us through eBay or at support@kateski.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued through eBay to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
